What You'll Do Assemble small parts and complete full components Use microscopes, hand tools, and equipment like wire cutters, crimpers, laser engravers, and welding tools Label and tag components for inventory tracking Rotate through different assembly tasks throughout the production process Pack finished assemblies and keep your work area clean Coordinate with supervisors/engineers to resolve production issues What You Bring Experience assembling small parts Strong hand dexterity Ability to use a microscope High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Good communication and teamwork skills Why You'll Love It Here Family‑feel environment — music allowed while you work Team celebrates birthdays, milestones, and special life events Clean, organized facility producing custom industrial temperature probes

Day Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM (30‑minute lunch) Breakroom access with refrigerator & microwave Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Syracuse, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00
• $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
