Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility, we design and produce specialized components used in harsh environments and critical applications—spanning space flight, aerospace, defense, mass transit, and heavy industrial markets. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electrical and electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs). Prior experience in electronic/electrical manufacturing from ANY industry is welcome! If you have hands-on experience working with circuit boards and hold strong J-STD soldering skills, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform precise hand soldering on printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies following technical diagrams and schematics. Assemble electrical components, wire harnesses, and sub-assemblies. Identify basic electronic components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc.) and recognize board layouts. Conduct visual inspections of solder joints and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize hand tools, wire strippers, and soldering irons safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications & Requirements Soldering Skills:
MUST have experience with J-STD hand soldering standards.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electrical assembly practices.
Industry Background:
Open to any manufacturing background (Aerospace, Medical Device, Automotive, Commercial Electronics, etc.).
Certifications:
An active or previous IPC certification (e.g., IPC-A-610 or
IPC-J-STD-001
) is a strong plus! High attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
