• Perform precision soldering and small parts assembly under a microscope
• Assemble and test advanced sensor & electronic products
• Conduct inspections, calibration, and quality checks
• Use tools like multimeters, calipers, and micrometers
• Read work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Document work and report any defects or issues
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation (ESD-controlled environment) ✅ What We're Looking For
• Experience with soldering small electronic components
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
• Comfort reading instructions and technical documents
• Reliability and willingness to learn BONUS (Not required)
• Vocational/BOCES training in electronics or manufacturing
• Microscope soldering or fine-pitch component experience
• Experience in electronics, sensors, or ISO-regulated environments
