workmanship requirements during electronic wiring, soldering, assembly, inspection, or rework? Describe the most complex point-to-point wiring or electronic assembly you have personally completed. Briefly explain the type of assembly, wiring involved, terminals/connectors used, and the specific hands-on work you performed from wire preparation through final inspection? Briefly explain how you use schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, sketches, and work instructions to complete a wiring assembly. How do you verify wire numbers, component identification, pin/terminal locations, wire routing, polarity, and drawing revision before completing the work? Describe your hands-on hand-soldering experience on electronic assemblies. Include the types of wires/components you have soldered, tools or soldering equipment used, inspection methods applied, and how you ensured each connection met the applicable workmanship requirements? Describe a wiring assembly you personally tested for continuity or electrical integrity. Briefly explain the DMM/multimeter or other test equipment used, how you determined the expected result from the engineering documentation, and how you investigated and corrected any failed or unexpected reading? Briefly describe how you identify and verify wires, electronic components, connectors, terminals, and associated hardware before installation. Include how you use part numbers, markings, color codes, drawings, or other controlled documentation to prevent incorrect component or connection installation? Describe a situation where you personally incorporated an approved engineering change, drawing revision, or configuration change into an existing wiring or electronic assembly. Briefly explain how you identified the change, updated the assembly, verified the modification, and documented the completed work? Explain the specific practices you personally followed for workmanship, inspection, material traceability, ESD/handling, controlled documentation, quality compliance, and preventing defects from reaching the next operation? You are wiring a complex aerospace assembly and everything appears correct, but a continuity check produces an unexpected reading that is not immediately explained by the schematic. Production is under time pressure. Briefly explain how you would investigate the issue, verify the drawing and physical wiring, determine the root cause without making assumptions, decide whether to rework or escalate, and prove the final assembly is correct before release?
