Monday-Friday | Early Day Shift Looking for a hands-on job with great hours, paid training, and your weekends free? Join our team as an Assembler in the Forming Department! This is an entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent schedule, early afternoons, and the potential for long-term employment. ?

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM-3:00

PM Friday:

6:00 AM-12:00

PM Weekends:

OFF! Enjoy an excellent schedule that gives you your afternoons and weekends free . ? What You'll Do As an Assembler, you'll work in the Forming Department to produce and assemble high-quality plastic tubing products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Fabricating and assembling manufactured parts into finished plastic tubing products Operating forming equipment and working with liquid plastisol, a plastic material used to create the tubing Dipping metal rods into the plastisol material as part of the tubing-forming process Following detailed work instructions and established production procedures Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following all workplace safety procedures and guidelines ? Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a production environment. The required personal protective equipment is provided, including: Rubber boots Rubber smock Protective gloves ? What We're Looking For No manufacturing experience? No problem! Paid training is provided.

The ideal candidate will:

Be dependable and ready to learn Be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment Have strong attention to detail Be able to follow instructions and production procedures Work well independently and as part of a team Have previous manufacturing or production experience (helpful, but not required) ?
