Experience:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred; electrical/electronic experience is a plus Our client in Malta, NY is seeking multiple Assemblers to support production of LED fixtures and related products. This role involves hands-on assembly, reading work instructions and engineering drawings, inspecting finished products for quality, and working both independently and as part of a team. Candidates with previous manufacturing, production, electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities of the Assembler will include: Assemble LED fixtures according to established manufacturing practices. Follow work instructions and engineering drawings to complete assembly tasks accurately. Plan and coordinate work to help meet production and scheduling requirements . Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with customer specifications . Maintain clean, organized, and safe production equipment and work areas . Work effectively on both individual and team-based assignments . Maintain inventory of assigned job materials and supplies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate constructive suggestions. Follow established production procedures and quality standards. Support overall production needs as assigned. Qualifications for the role of

Assembler:

6+ months of manufacturing or production experience preferred . Previous electrical or electronic experience preferred. Strong hands-on and mechanical aptitude . Ability to follow work instructions and engineering drawings . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Positive, team-oriented approach to work. Experience working within an ISO or Quality Management System is a plus. Strong commitment to producing accurate, quality work.
