SMT Technician / Electronics Assembly Technician AOTEK Technology Co. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented SMT Technicians to join our electronics manufacturing team in Niagara Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will assist with SMT production, PCB assembly, machine operation, testing, troubleshooting, and general electronics manufacturing support. Candidates with experience in SMT processes, soldering, PCB assembly, or electronics manufacturing are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Operate and support SMT production equipment and assembly lines Perform PCB assembly, component installation, and electronic product assembly Assist with SMT machine setup, feeder loading, and material preparation Inspect products and identify assembly or quality issues Perform basic soldering, touch-up, and rework when needed Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Support general manufacturing and warehouse operations as assigned Qualifications Previous

SMT, PCB

assembly, electronics manufacturing, or production experience preferred Basic knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes Ability to use hand tools and basic production equipment Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and move materials as needed Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Basic English communication skills preferred but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience with SMT pick-and-place machines Experience with soldering and PCB rework IPC certification is a plus Experience in electronics repair or testing is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Career growth opportunities Paid time off On-the-job training Supportive team environment Work Location In person -
