Focus:
Inventory preparation, wire processing, and part staging.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick electrical components (relays, PCBs, connectors, hardware) accurately using a Bill of Materials (BOM). Measure, cut, strip, and label wires to exact specifications using manual tools and wire-processing equipment. Package and deliver complete part kits to assembly bays to keep production running smoothly. Inspect incoming parts for quality, track inventory using barcode scanners, and maintain ESD-safe handling procedures.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or manufacturing kitting preferred. Attention to detail and ability to read part lists/BOMs. Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner experience. Electrical Assembler ($25.00 - $32.00 / hr)
Focus:
Mechanical mounting, complex wiring, and preliminary testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical schematics, point-to-point wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints. Mount components (DIN rails, transformers, switches, circuit breakers) into enclosures or control panels. Strip, crimp, solder, route, and terminate wires and wiring harnesses cleanly. Perform quality checks and basic electrical testing using multimeters, continuity testers, or Hi-Pot equipment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical assembly. Demonstrated ability to read schematic diagrams and blue-prints accurately. Proficient with hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons, and multimeters. High attention to detail regarding wire dressing, torque requirements, and safety compliance.
