Randstad is currently hiring Electronic Assemblers for an established Long Island electronics manufacturer. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates with experience working with small components, wiring, hand tools, and electronic assemblies.
Responsibilities Assemble electronic and mechanical components and subassemblies Install wiring, connectors, hardware, and other components Follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and assembly specifications Perform wiring, stripping, crimping, and component installation Perform basic soldering as needed Use hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons, and assembly equipment Inspect completed assemblies for quality and workmanship Follow ESD, safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain an organized and clean workstation Qualifications Previous electronic, mechanical, or manufacturing assembly experience Experience using hand tools and working with small components Basic wiring and crimping experience preferred Basic soldering experience is a plus Ability to follow detailed work instructions and drawings Attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and willingness to learn Ready for your next opportunity?
