PCB Inspector/Touchup/ Modifications Technician We currently have an opportunity for candidates with expert-level soldering experience in electronics manufacturing for a PCB inspection and soldering expertise role with a contract IT electronics manufacturer in Aurora, OH. This is a very specific position for someone with experience across all soldering and de-soldering processes to inspect, modify and rework PCB's and components.

Pay :

Starts at $26.00/hour or more depending on experience

Hours:

8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday -

Friday Key Responsibilities:

Touch-up/solder SMT and Through-hole components (Fine pitch, SOIC, etc.). Install complicated board modifications using magnification/microscopes. Perform visual inspection of PCB's for

workmanship requirements. Follow work process instructions and specifications, both written and verbal. Participate in continuous improvement and maintain a productive working relationship. Track and request inventory supplies as needed. Perform other duties as assigned including moving of material as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum one year of electronic manufacturing experience a plus. Must be proficient in soldering and de-soldering using hot air station and preheaters for fine pitch parts. Electronic assembly experience and the ability to make piece parts on a repetitive basis. Wire assembly is preferred Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to follow detailed technical instructions Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and work in a changing fast paced environment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
