They are known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and craftsmanship. Position Overview As a Panel Wiring Technician, you will play a key role in building high-quality electrical products. This position is ideal for candidates with experience assembling electrical machinery, equipment, control panels, or circuit boards. Responsibilities Read and interpret point-to-point wiring diagrams Perform panel wiring and assembly Label wires accurately Crimp, route, and organize wiring to quality standards Ensure all work meets safety and production requirements Qualifications Previous wiring experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial environment Ability to read and follow wiring schematics and diagrams Understanding of manufacturing equipment and metal fabrication processes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for the duration of the shift High School Diploma or GED required Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Benefits Upon Hire Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays Paid Vacation COM025 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
