Electrical Assembly Technician Location:

Columbus, OH 43228

Pay:

$20-22/hour

Hours:

7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Description:

Building and assembling industrial control panels and electrical systems vital for manufacturing and industrial operations. Key Responsibilities Assembly Production:

Cut, strip, label, and organize wire per specifications Prepares materials, install components (DIN rails, relays, transformers, etc.) Mount devices based on engineering drawings Maintain clean, safe workspace Assist with staging and organization

Panel Building and Wiring:

Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings Route, terminate, and inspect wiring within panels Assemble control panels, junction boxes, electrical equipment Support inspection and testing Advanced (as experience develops): Build panels independently from drawings Troubleshoot wiring/assembly issues Perform system testing, assist with commissioning/startup Mentor junior team members Desired Backgrounds Manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical assemblers Trade school graduates Industrial maintenance techs or electricians Military technical professionals Those with strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Requirements Required:

Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn Mechanical aptitude, comfort using tools Ability to follow instructions, read drawings, and maintain quality Attention to safety and teamwork

Preferred:
