Electrical Systems Technician I Position Overview:
The Electrical Systems Technician I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the assembly, testing, and light fabrication of machinery and systems at T.J. Clark International, with a specialization in electrical wiring and components. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills while working closely with experienced engineers and technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electrical components of machinery according to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications, with emphasis on electrical wiring and connections. Perform light fabrication tasks, including cutting, drilling, and shaping materials as needed. Install, route, and test electrical wiring, circuits, and systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards. Conduct quality checks and basic electrical testing to verify systems meet performance and safety requirements. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor electrical issues during assembly and testing processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards. Collaborate with team members to support project timelines and production goals. Document assembly processes, wiring diagrams, and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.Experience:
Basic electrical wiring experience required. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, or electronics is a plus. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or fabrication equipment is preferred but not mandatory.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or coursework in electrical, electronics, or related fields is a plus.Compensation & Benefits:
