Job Description
Wire and debug all products and controls as assigned to meet the needs of all customers. Perform all electrical testing to ensure compliance with product and customer specifications. Actively participate in lean manufacturing and cost improvement initiatives. Perform field service work as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Electrical quality and functionality of sub-assemblies and machines
- Participation in lean manufacturing events
- Adhere to pre-established standard work procedures
- Provide design feedback to engineering to facilitate cost reduction and/or quality improvements
- Provide field service support as required
- Provide in-house electrical maintenance on an as-needed basis
Preferred Education/Training/Experience:
- High School Diploma Required
- Technical School and/or college coursework preferred
- 4 - 7 years of machine electrical assembly experience
- Exposure to ERP business system software
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts
