Overview Join our innovative manufacturing team as a Solder / Epoxy Mold Specialist, where your expertise will drive the production of high-quality electronic components and assemblies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, ensuring precision and reliability in every product. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for executing soldering, epoxy molding, and assembly processes that meet strict industry standards. Your skills will help us deliver exceptional solutions to our global customers, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment that values your technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities Perform precise soldering adhering to IPC standards for quality and reliability. Apply epoxy to encapsulate and protect electronic components, ensuring proper curing and adherence to specifications. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturing instructions to accurately assemble electronic modules. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to prepare components and assemblies for final testing. Conduct electrical wiring connections and verify circuit continuity and other electrical testing devices. Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, inspection results, and quality control checks in compliance with manufacturing protocols. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues related to solder joints, epoxy application, or mechanical assembly, continuously improving process efficiency. Skills Extensive knowledge of hand soldering. Proficiency in reading schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings for accurate assembly. Mechanical aptitude with experience in machining, using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other precision measurement instruments. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality control.
