Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Battery Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Battery Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

7:00 am to 3:30 pm What's the Job? Load lithium-ion battery cells into modules, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures Assemble battery modules according to engineering specifications and work instructions Perform wiring, connections, and component installation during assembly Conduct testing such as voltage checks, continuity tests, and system verification Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance What's Needed? High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred) 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production (battery or electrical assembly preferred) Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and schematics Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What's in it for me?
