What You'll Do Assemble electronic connectors and cable assemblies Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Use hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met Record production information and maintain accurate documentation Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus Ability to read assembly instructions and blueprints Comfortable using small hand tools Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
