Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Control Panel Builder. This position will support our rapidly growing operations team. Our panel builders assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels to meet the specified customer requirements. This role involves interpreting electrical schematics, layout drawings, and wiring diagrams.
Experience required:
Intermediate experience, Senior experience, and advanced experience is preferred for this position. Compensation will align accordingly with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble devices to industrial control panels. Verify wiring, labeling, and component placement against schematics and layout drawings. Document test results and identify non-conformances. Collaborate with assembly and engineering teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with UL 508A, NEC, and internal quality standards. Maintain accurate records of test procedures and results. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and testing processes. Looking for a Panel builder to: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. Mount components such as circuit breakers, relays, PLCs, and terminal blocks on panels. Perform accurate wiring of components following diagrams and standards. Ensure proper labeling and routing of wires for neatness and functionality.
