We need someone that's willing to both learn and grow. This position requires a person with electrical, electronic and/or electro-mechanical aptitude and the ability to assemble small, precise parts & components. It involves the assembly and testing of electrical packages and modules. Assembling parts into final products, testing for performance and documenting. Attention to detail and meticulous assembly is critical to the quality of the products. The qualified candidate must be capable of operating tools and equipment necessary to perform the assigned tasks. Basic Qualifications Two Year Technical Degree or equivalent work experience (Desired) Soldering proficiency is a must (We will Train the right candidate) Ability to routinely lift items weighing 30 lbs. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Desired skills Electro-mechanical aptitude is a plus Prior experience working with assemblies is strongly desired Good mechanical aptitude including manual dexterity and the ability to use hand tools A self-starter with an ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
