1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Summary Join a leading manufacturer of large switchgear systems used in critical infrastructure such as airports, hospitals, and schools. As an Electrical Assembler, you will wire and assemble components within these systems. Responsibilities Wire panel boards, doors, cradles, and components inside switchgear units Lift and install panels up to 50 lbs Follow work instructions and schematics to complete assemblies Use hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment Requirements 1-2 years of electrical assembly or wiring experience preferred Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams Experience with hand and power tools Knowledge of crimping; soldering experience a plus Ability to stand for long periods and meet production demands Team-oriented with a positive attitude Work Environment & Benefits Climate-controlled facility Structured schedule with regular breaks; occasional Saturdays $100 annual steel-toe boot allowance Supportive team environment with growth opportunities First day training held at Siemens Training Center Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
