Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM What You'll Do Assemble and wire electrical components according to blueprints, job packets, and wiring diagrams.
Read and follow electrical schematics to ensure accurate connections and layouts. Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing tools safely and correctly. Inspect your work to make sure all wiring and assemblies meet safety and quality standards. Work with other team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in our modern facility. Follow all safety rules and company policies. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in an electrical assembly or manufacturing environment where strong wiring skills were required. Strong experience with wiring components, harnesses, or control panels. Basic shop math skills and ability to measure and calculate accurately. Comfortable reading blueprints and wiring diagrams. Good hand-eye coordination and experience using hand and power tools. Attention to detail — you take pride in clean, accurate wiring work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. Physical Demands and Work Environment Jobs which involve one or more tasks or duties that could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others are considered safety-sensitive. This position is safety-sensitive because, in addition to the essential functions, it also involves performing one or more of the following essential tasks or duties: The handling, packaging, processing, storage, disposal or transport of hazardous material. The operation of a motor vehicle, other vehicle, equipment, machinery or power tools. Repairing, maintaining or monitoring the performance or operation of any equipment, machinery or manufacturing process, the malfunction or disruption of which could result in injury or property damage. The operation, maintenance or oversight of critical services and infrastructure including, but not limited to, electric, gas, and water utilities, power generation or distribution. The extraction, compression, processing, manufacturing, handling, packaging, storage, disposal, treatment or transport of potentially volatile, flammable, combustible materials, elements, chemicals or any other highly regulated component. Generally, 95% of the normal work shift requires standing bending, squatting, and climbing while performing assembly work, inspecting work, machines, and checking assembly procedures. Lifting of parts, weighting up to 50 pounds, from floor level, and carrying them 10 to 15 feet may be required. Lifting devices and team lifting should be used when possible. The job area requires moving of material and parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Parts must be lifted, pulled, pushed, and held in place, without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.
