PM Benefits:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on individual with a strong eye for quality to join our team. This is an entry-level position with a structured path toward more advanced technical and cosmetic repair work. This role requires precision and finesse—such as identifying subtle cosmetic imperfections, distinguishing between visually similar components, and recognizing fine tactile differences in how parts function. Success in this role depends on patience, curiosity, and a commitment to doing careful, high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
Clean, prep, and organize components for rebuilding Assist with basic assembly and disassembly of ultrasound user interface panels Support technicians with part handling, inventory, and workflow organization Gradually take on more complex tasks, including testing and rebuilding advanced panels Identify and correct minor cosmetic flaws to restore parts to a high-quality finish Distinguish between small, visually similar components and ensure correct placement and assembly Evaluate tactile feedback (such as button presses) to ensure proper function and consistency Troubleshoot and correct issues that arise during panel and touchscreen builds Update and maintain tracking systems for each step of the process Fulfill daily purchase orders efficiently and on time
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills (Windows and typing proficiency) High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 or older Interest in hands-on work with excellent organizational skills and adaptability Strong attention to detail, including the ability to notice subtle visual and tactile differences Ability to mentally visualize 3D objects and work with small, precise components Must pass a background check E04JI800lru6408m5ye
