Greater Portland Area SALARY:
$22 to $24 per hourSCHEDULE
Full-Time, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Temporary-to-HireKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform precision hand soldering of SMT and through-hole components on PCBs Inspect boards as they come off the SMT line and perform rework as needed to ensure quality standards are met Identify and repair solder defects including bridges, cold joints, and component replacements Inspect completed work using microscopes to ensureIPC-A-610
quality standards Read and interpret schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings Maintain ESD safety protocols and a clean, organized workstation Assemble wires, crimp connections, and route cables or harnessesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 1 year of electronic assembly and hand soldering experience IPC-A-610 orJ-STD-001
certification preferred Strong familiarity with soldering tools, microscopes, and small component handling High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to read technical documents such as schematics and work instructionsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
