  • REQUIREMENTS
  • One year of electronic assembly and hand soldering experience
  • Strong familiarity with soldering tools, microscopes, and small component handling
  • High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Read technical documents such as schematics and work instructions
PREFERENCES
  • Working knowledge of
ISO 9001
2015 or AS9100 standards strongly
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing environments
  • IPC-A-610 or
J-STD-001
certification preferred
JOB DUTIES
  • Perform precision hand soldering of SMT and through-hole components on PCBs
  • Inspect boards as they come off the SMT line and perform rework as needed to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and repair solder defects including bridges, cold joints, and component replacements
  • Inspect completed work using microscopes to ensure

quality standards
  • Read and interpret schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings
  • Maintain ESD safety protocols and a clean, organized workstation
  • Assemble wires, crimp connections, and route cables or harnesses
HOURS:
Full time, Monday through Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
PAY:
$22.00-24.00/hr
DOE PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • The position works in a manufacturing environment and requires prolonged sitting, use of fine motor skills, and close visual focus on small components.
  • May involve light maneuvering and repetitive hand movements
