Full Job Description We are hiring a skilled Mechanical Assembler for a growing manufacturing client in Wilsonville. This role focuses on building and assembling complex industrial equipment using mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. You'll work from blueprints and technical instructions to produce high-quality equipment while collaborating with production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components according to blueprints and specifications Operate production equipment requiring specialized training Mount, connect, and install auxiliary components, piping, and tubing Use hand and power tools to align, fasten, and fit parts Drill, tap, and ream holes using drill presses and portable tools Install and test moving parts such as shafts, bearings, and gears Perform minor metal finishing using files, grinders, and abrasives Troubleshoot assembly issues related to fit, form, and function and communicate with leadership and engineering Assist with testing completed assemblies and equipment functionality Operate fabrication equipment such as presses, saws, and rollers as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, fabrication, or as an auto/small engine mechanic Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities a plus
