Job Description
Job Title:
3rd Shift Electrical Wiring Technician Job Description This role is a third-shift position focused on electrical wiring and assembly in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment. The Electrical Wiring Technician reads and interprets electrical blueprints and schematics, performs point-to-point wiring, and assembles wiring circuits while maintaining high quality standards. The scheduled hours for this shift are approximately 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics accurately to guide wiring and assembly work. Perform point-to-point wiring using crimp connectors on wire ends to complete electrical circuits. Cut, strip, bend, and form wire, cable, conduit pipe, and tubing to connect circuits and sub-assemblies according to specifications. Assemble wiring circuits and ensure proper routing, termination, and connection of wires and cables. Conduct self quality-checks on completed wiring and assemblies to ensure they meet established Quality Control standards. Work with motor controls and circuit breakers as part of the electrical assembly and wiring process. Follow established safety procedures and best practices when working with electrical components and equipment. Maintain an organized work area and handle tools, materials, and documentation with care and accuracy. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics efficiently. Hands-on experience working with both AC and DC wiring and understanding the differences between them. Proficiency in point-to-point wiring using crimp connectors on wire ends. Strong electrical wiring and electrical assembly skills in a manufacturing or similar environment. Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough self quality-checks on completed work. Capability to work consistently and safely during third-shift hours (approximately 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.). Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with motor controls and circuit breakers in an assembly or production setting. Familiarity with cutting, stripping, bending, and forming wire, cable, conduit pipe, and tubing. Comfort working in a large manufacturing facility with established processes and quality standards. Willingness to work any of the available shifts if needed: 1st shift (6:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.), 2nd shift (2:00 p.m.

Multiple shifts are available:
1st shift runs from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 2nd shift runs from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and 3rd shift runs from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. A shift differential is offered for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will work with standard electrical assembly tools and materials, including wiring, cable, conduit, motor controls, and circuit breakers, within a structured production environment that emphasizes quality and safety. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Belle Vernon, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00- $54080.
