Soldering Technician Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Micro Soldering / Circuit Board Technician for a temporary 60-90 day assignment. This role involves performing precision soldering and repair work on electronic circuit boards and components. The ideal candidate will have steady hands, strong visual acuity, and experience working with small-scale electronics. Responsibilities Perform micro soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components. Assemble, repair, and rework circuit boards to meet quality standards. Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions. Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for defects or inconsistencies. Use hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines. Document work and report any issues or discrepancies. Essential Skills Experience with soldering, assembly, electronics, and electrical components. Proficiency in micro soldering, circuit board assembly, and surface-mount technology. Strong fine motor skills and ability to work under a microscope. Experience with troubleshooting, schematic reading, and blueprint interpretation. Ability to use hand tools and perform mechanical tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with electronic assembly and repair. Knowledge of inspection techniques and quality assurance processes. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bethlehem, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
