Onsite - onsite Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to project specifications, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Install components such as relays, switches, circuit breakers, and other devices into control panels. Inspect wiring and components for accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during panel assembly. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to confirm control panels meet design specifications and project requirements. Mentor less experienced technicians through hands-on support and best-practice guidance to build skills and ensure quality workmanship. Maintain accurate records of wiring configurations, components used, and assembly modifications. Adhere to all electrical safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order. Requirements

ENTRY-LEVEL

Education, Technical Certification on electrical systems or control panel wiring Trained on reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Solid understanding of electrical components, wiring techniques, and safety protocols. Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments. Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs preferred.
