Job Description
Adecco is recruiting for Production Sensor Assembly positions in Cranberry Township, PA. In these production/ assembly positions, you will assemble, modify, and rework moderately complex combustible, electro-chemical and infrared sensors and/or sub-assemblies.
NEW INCREASED PAY RATES
$21/hr Responsibilities for this Sensor Assembly position include: Assemble and test (including set-up), complex combustible, electro-chemical or infrared sensors and/or sub-assemblies requiring wiring and soldering. Some troubleshooting required. Perform visual inspections and minor repairs and rework. Complete and maintain relevant paperwork and input information in computer system.Skills and Abilities required:
- Ability to read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures.
- Understand standard units of measure and to set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices.
- Regularly perform work that requires magnification.
- Strong manual dexterity requiring fine finger manipulation and hand steadiness.
- Ability to concentrate for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to infrequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to infrequently stand in a stationary position.
- Using power and hand tools, and custom tooling.
- Work in a team environment and effectively communicate with various levels within the organization
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and operate at a level that meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards for the work area.
