You will play an integral role on the line, assembling high-performance electrical units and chassis built to withstand demanding industrial standards.

What You'll Be Doing As An Electronics Assembler Component Mounting:

Secure transformers, capacitors, resistors, and circuit boards onto designated chassis panels.

Wiring & Point-to-Point Connections:

Route wiring harnesses, terminate leads, and connect wiring to terminal blocks, switches, and PCB connection points.

Mechanical Hardware Fastening:

Use manual hand tools and light power tools to crimp, torque bolts, fasten screws, rivet, and stake components securely.

Enclosure Integration:

Fit assembled panels, switches, faceplates, and modules neatly into finished cabinets and outer housings.

Follow Build Documentation:

Work directly from standard operating procedures (SOPs), work orders, sample units, and schematics to maintain zero-defect standards

What We're Looking For In An Assembler Consistent Work History:

At least 1+ years of steady tenure at a single employer (manufacturing or mechanical assembly preferred).

Tool Proficiency:

Practical comfort with standard hand tools, wire crimpers/strippers, torque drivers, and basic measurement equipment.

Documentation & Math Skills:

Ability to read technical assembly sheets and perform basic math.

Physical Capability:

Comfortable standing, bending, performing fine motor tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs as required.

Reliability:

High school diploma or GED, a proven track record of on-time attendance, and a cooperative team mindset.
