Responsibilities Assemble copper bus and similar conductive materials into electrical enclosures according to engineering drawings and schematics. Use basic hand and power tools to assemble mechanical and electrical components accurately and safely. Execute complex assemblies with precision to meet custom customer specifications and performance requirements. Interpret specifications, schematics, and blueprints to identify errors or inconsistencies and support process improvements. Apply manufacturing expertise to help improve assembly processes and product quality. Perform wiring, electrical assembly, and electronic assembly tasks, including soldering and working with PCB components as needed. Use tape measures and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure assemblies meet design tolerances. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards. Complete all required documentation, including Engineering Corrective Reports, Non-Conformance Reports, and Material Transfer Requests. Follow production schedules and participate in assembly line and general production activities as required. Handle materials and components safely, including lifting items up to 50 pounds as needed. Adhere to all safety requirements, including the proper use of personal protective equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hatfield, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
