  • 7:00AM Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team.
This position focuses primarily on the assembly of terminal blocks and electrical components. Assemblers will work from blueprints and assembly instructions to build products accurately according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with electrical assembly, hand tools, blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow visual instructions are essential. Key Responsibilities Assemble terminal blocks and electrical components according to blueprints and work instructions. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and visual assembly instructions. Match assembled terminal blocks to blueprints to ensure the finished product meets specifications. Use a variety of hand tools to assemble and secure components. Cut mounting rail using production equipment according to specified lengths. Measure and verify components and assemblies for accuracy. Install, position, and secure electrical components and hardware. Inspect completed assemblies for proper placement, quality, and accuracy. Identify and report discrepancies between the assembly and blueprint. Follow detailed production and quality procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet established production, quality, and efficiency goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, electrical assembly, or production experience preferred. Experience assembling terminal blocks or electrical components is a strong plus. Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions. Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, drills, and similar tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately match assemblies to specifications. Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components. Mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
