Job Description

About the Role We are seeking detail-oriented Electronic Assemblers to contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality electronic products. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components, operating production equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Your proficiency in PCB assembly and electro-mechanical assembly will be crucial to our success. Responsibilities Set up and operate SMT pick-and-place equipment to ensure efficient component placement. Manually place SMT and PIH components with precision, contributing to the accurate assembly of electronic circuits. Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components using hand tools, ensuring proper connections and functionality. Review AOI inspection results to identify and address potential defects, maintaining product quality. Operate production equipment, following established procedures and safety guidelines. Adhere to work instructions and quality standards to achieve accurate and reliable production outcomes. Qualifications Required Skills Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills to identify defects and ensure quality. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with small parts, facilitating precise assembly. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to production goals. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel) for data entry and documentation. Proficiency in PCB Assembly (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). Familiarity with Electrical / Electronic Systems. Experience with Mechanical Assembly. Preferred Skills Experience with
IPC-A-610
standards. Experience using 2D Drawings. Experience with SMT Machines.
