GE Vernova is looking for Wiring Technicians who can apply knowledge of electricity by reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical drawings, and machine prints to assemble cabinets. - Ability to read electrical schematics/drawings for electrical installations according to wiring specifications. AC/DC
- Cuts, strips, bends, and forms wire cable, conduit pope, and tubing used to connect circuits and subassemblies.
- Installation of components to build the cabinet
- Point to point wiring and using crimps connectors to wire ends
- Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervisor or engineer to clarify assembly problems.
- Performs assembly functions in accordance with Quality Control Procedures to ensure the output will meet QC and customer standards.
- Quality and neatness of work are essential
- Flexibility to learn and work within several different wiring functions/stations
QAULIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High reliability
- Flexible and able to work weekends when business need dictates
- Some experience in wiring/electrical or motor control wiring
