2nd Shift Cleanroom Assembler Job Description Join a dynamic team dedicated to assembling and distributing small part medical devices within a cleanroom environment. You will play a crucial role in achieving target production levels, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the work area is clean and organized. Responsibilities Inspect parts, pack products, perform quality control, and assemble tubes used in IV bags for medical facilities. Make minor repairs to tooling and equipment to maintain proper product quality. Conduct inspections of parts and complete paperwork on batch control. Perform duties safely and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. Operate equipment and tools requiring close control and adjustment, following production orders. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing experience with proficiency in measurements and mathematics. Ability to learn, comprehend, and implement Lock Out/Tag Out and safety and quality procedures to assure the safe and proper operation of equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as an electronic assembler, picker, quality inspector, or machine operator. Familiarity with production, packing, and quality inspection processes. Work Environment Work during the 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The position is in a cleanroom, requiring team members to wear gowns, pants, and new shoes dedicated to the work environment. Collaborate within a team-oriented atmosphere, with the flexibility to move between different lines and responsibilities as needed. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements while operating with limited supervision and coordinating with other shifts, engineering, quality, and management. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
