Salary:
$16 - $20 per hour (based on experience and skills) Join Our Team! We are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Assembler to join our growing team in Paoli, PA. Whether you're an experienced assembler or just getting started in the field, we provide training and support to help you succeed. If you have good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and grow your career in a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build control cable assemblies using soldering, crimping, and small hand tools Assemble mechanical sub-assemblies including motors, gearboxes, and actuators Perform testing of assemblies using written instructions and computer-aided processes Perform circuit board assembly requiring soldering and schematic reading Utilize computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) for documenting test results and loading test programs Follow quality program standards (training provided) Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of assembly work
Work Schedule:
8-hour shifts , with the potential for overtime Flexible start and end times Building hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM In-person work required Tools provided

Qualifications:
Basic assembly experience preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate Good manual dexterity Ability to follow written and computer-aided instructions Soldering skills (preferred, but will train) Ability to read schematics (preferred, but will train) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel) Why Work With Us?
