Your work directly impacts the reliability and functionality of our chemical feed equipment, ensuring that every unit meets precise engineering specifications. Responsibilities Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to accurately assemble control panels and integrate electrical systems. Install and route both PVC and metal conduit to meet project-specific requirements. Perform comprehensive functional testing on completed assemblies to verify operational integrity. Manage inventory by verifying parts against Bills of Material and documenting any discrepancies. Maintain detailed quality control records and test documentation to ensure compliance with project standards. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve design inaccuracies and improve assembly efficiency. Support occasional field startup and maintenance tasks to ensure long-term system performance. Uphold a clean, safe, and organized workspace to maximize productivity and team safety. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or electrical assembly environment. Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints and schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand and power tools. Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing.
