Electrical Assembler 📍 York, PA 💼 First Shift 💲 $18.62/hour Job Overview We are seeking an Electrical Assembler to join a modern manufacturing team. This position focuses on wiring and assembly tasks, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement into more complex electrical work. Key Responsibilities Cut, crimp, and strip wires to specification Perform electrical assembly using hand tools and equipment Assist with mechanical assembly as needed Read and interpret blueprints and schematics (as skills develop) Cross-train in multiple assembly areas Support production goals as part of a small team Follow standard operating procedures and 5S practices Use tablets/computers to access drawings and work instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Required Skills Electrical assembly experience or relevant schooling Ability to read blueprints and schematics Basic knowledge of electrical concepts Strong mechanical aptitude Experience with wiring tasks (cutting, crimping, stripping) Attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.62 - $18.62/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
