Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Assembler Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electro-mechanical products, ensuring they meet strict industry standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and systems using hand tools, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring techniques in accordance with detailed blueprints and schematics. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly of PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) and electrical panels. Solder surface mount devices (SMD) and through-hole components following IPC 610 standards for quality assurance. Build electrical panels by wiring components, connecting electro-mechanical parts, and verifying circuit integrity using tools such as ohmmeters. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during assembly by analyzing schematics, schematics reading, and engineering troubleshooting methods. Conduct quality inspections on assembled units to ensure compliance with industry standards, including IPC 610 certification requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes, optimize manufacturing workflows, and resolve technical challenges efficiently. Skills Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings with attention to detail. Experience with PCB assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), electrical wiring, and electrical panel building. Skilled in soldering techniques, including surface mount soldering (SMT) and through-hole soldering following IPC 610 standards. Familiarity with hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and multimeters like ohmmeters for testing circuits. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electro-mechanical components, machining processes, and mechanical assembly. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using engineering troubleshooting methods and schematic interpretation. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to electronics assembly, wiring diagrams, schematics reading, and quality control procedures. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
