Electrical Assembler Job Description We are seeking an Electrical Assembler who will primarily focus on cutting, crimping, and stripping wires. This role offers an opportunity for cross-training in other assembly areas, leading to advanced skills in schematic interpretation and in-depth wiring. Responsibilities Cut, crimp, and strip wires efficiently. Participate in cross-training to gain expertise in various assembly areas. Learn and apply advanced skills in schematic interpretation and wiring. Collaborate with team members to ensure assembly tasks are completed accurately. Essential Skills Proficiency in Electrical Assembly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Strong understanding of electricity. Mechanical aptitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in electrical assembly or completion of relevant schooling. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a newly constructed, clean, and climate-controlled facility spanning 54,000 square feet. It features freshly painted floors, walls, and ceilings, with a new testing room and planned management offices, welding, and fabrication areas. The facility is designed for high-capacity output with a product transfer shaft for easy movement. It uses all-electric standups and forklifts to minimize dirt from propane dust. Overhead LED lighting and wireless connectivity for real-time access to drawings enhance the workspace. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with optional hours on Fridays from 6:30 AM to 12 noon if needed. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.03 - $22.00/hr.
