Hybrid In this role... In this role, you will work actively in a laboratory/pilot line setting on a diverse, multi-functional team producing development-level battery cells to progress our Battery technology that will be deployed in our next generation electrified vehicles. This will be a very hands-on opportunity with most time spent out at the Pilot Line working with the manufacturing equipment. What you'll do... Work collaboratively in a prototype lab with scientists and engineers to make battery cells from raw materials. Operate state-of-the-art production-level battery cell manufacturing equipment through all stages of cell manufacturing - Hands-On Ensure inventory in-place to conduct development builds Conduct quality inspections on parts you've just produced Collaborate with the quality team to ensure full suite of quality checks are conducted and learnings are fed back to cell build team. Drive continuous improvement of operations and process Support establishment of procedures and documentation of lessons learned You'll have... High school diploma or higher education Hands-on experience in Production or Prototype manufacturing environment Motivated self-starter and creative problem solver Ability to effectively collaborate & communicate Ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Office tools Even better, you may have... This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
