Responsibilities of the Assembly Assemble lighting fixtures according to drawings and specifications. Perform wiring and electrical connections for various types of lighting fixtures. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Troubleshoot and repair any wiring or assembly issues as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines. Requirements of the Assembly High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in assembly work, preferably in the lighting industry. Familiarity with electrical wiring and basic hand tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
