This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment where quality, consistency, and teamwork are key.
Responsibilities:
Wire and assemble LED lighting fixtures Read and follow wiring diagrams and assembly instructions Perform basic electrical testing and quality checks Use hand tools and power tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
Experience with electrical assembly or wiring preferred Ability to read basic wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with small components and hand tools Reliable and punctual
