Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Assembly Technician specializing in Metal Risers and Electrical components to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral to assembling, wiring, and testing precision metal structures and electrical systems for advanced robotic applications. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable components that meet strict manufacturing standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial automation technology in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assemble metal risers and structural components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial tools Interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and production documents to accurately execute assembly tasks Measure and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and precision measuring instruments to ensure specifications are met Wire electrical components according to schematics, ensuring proper soldering and connections while adhering to safety protocols Use pneumatic tools and shop math skills to facilitate precise mechanical assembly of complex systems Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process utilizing mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading skills Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following all personal protective equipment (PPE) use guidelines Skills Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and other precision measuring tools Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation interpretation Mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical assembly and machining processes Skilled in soldering, wiring electrical components, and interpreting electrical schematics Familiarity with shop math for measurements and calculations in manufacturing settings Ability to operate power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of PPE requirements and adherence to safety standards during all assembly activities Join us to be part of an innovative team that pushes the boundaries of industrial automation! Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
