Position Summary The Manual Assembly / Soldering & Housing [MASH] - Electronics Assembler will be a technical resource responsible for assembling miniature printed circuit assemblies, setting up auto assembly machines and operating computerized test systems. Additionally, the electronics assembler will perform visual quality assurance of assemblies completed in the auto assembly process. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' electronics assembly experience hand soldering miniature electronics components. Ability to solder high density miniature circuits under a microscope Must read and understand assembly instructions Ability to perform miniature detailed assembly work Inspect electronics assemblies Practical understanding of electronic components Troubleshoot products in manufacturing Ability to work with a microscope and various assembly tools Working knowledge of IPC-Standards expected but not required.
