Electrical Technician

• Job Description
• We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team, where you will play a vital role in assembling and wiring electrical panels and enclosures. You will work in a collaborative environment interpreting mechanical drawings and ensuring high-quality assembly standards.
• Responsibilities
• + Read and interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs, fabrication prints, and layout drawings.

+ Assemble enclosures according to provided instructions. + Dimensionally lay out back panels and externally mounted devices. + Mount devices to back panels and enclosures using various methods, including drilling and tapping steel. + Fit and align doors, latches, hinges, handles, and mechanical hardware. + Operate computerized terminals, wire labeling, and engraving equipment. + Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics. + Route and bundle wires and cables neatly, adhering to established electrical standards.

• Essential Skills
• + 3+ years of experience in Electrical Technician or Electrical Assembly. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. + Strong skills in electrical assembly and wiring. + Experience with troubleshooting and installation. + Proficiency in using hand tools and wiring diagrams.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience in panel wiring and electrical wiring is beneficial. + Familiarity with electronics and electrical assembly processes.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
