Additional duties involve troubleshooting and repairing faulty components, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and completing production paperwork accurately. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic understanding of electrical principles are essential. Previous experience in electronic or electrical assembly is preferred. Knowledge of soldering techniques and experience with quality control processes is a plus.
