Job Description

Job Description We are currently hiring Wiring Technicians for a first shift opportunity in El Paso, TX. This position is responsible for assembling electrical wiring systems and components using blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working on moderately complex electrical assemblies, including wiring panels or large parts, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Candidates will perform final assembly of wiring and panels, utilize various hand and power tools, and follow production processes to meet daily goals.
Shift:
First Shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Pay Rate:
$16.00 per hour

Temporary Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical components and panels based on blueprints and diagrams Perform final assembly of wiring and switchboard units Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment accurately Read and interpret bills of materials and technical drawings Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot basic to moderately complex wiring issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Accurately track work using internal systems Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Job Requirements Ability to pass a WorkKeys or similar skills assessment Previous assembly or wiring experience preferred (3-5 years is a plus) Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and wiring diagrams Basic understanding of electrical principles is preferred Experience using hand tools, power tools, gauges, and torque wrenches Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
