Job Description
Action Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Electronic Test Technician for a hands-on technical opportunity in the Fort Worth area. This position is ideal for someone with strong electronic and electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience who is comfortable working with conveyor systems, circuit boards, electrical components, and industrial equipment.
Action Group Staffing is looking for a technician who can confidently diagnose problems, perform accurate repairs, and contribute to a quality-driven production environment.
Responsibilities:
Test, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor-driven sorting equipmentDiagnose and repair printed circuit boards and electronic devices to the component levelAssemble, wire, and install electrical components for material-handling conveyor systemsPerform electrical testing, system verification, and burn-in testingTroubleshoot motors, sensors, control panels, wiring, and related conveyor componentsRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layoutsInstall and route wiring harnesses and electrical componentsLoad software and firmware as requiredAssemble cameras and other electronic peripheral componentsTroubleshoot and repair returned electronic equipmentDocument repairs, testing results, and electrical configurations accuratelyWork with engineering and production teams to resolve technical and assembly issuesFollow established electrical and workplace safety proceduresQualifications:
2+ years of related electronics or industrial experienceAssociate degree in Electronics or equivalent education/experience preferredAbility to read electrical schematics and wiring diagramsExperience with industrial conveyor electrical systemsKnowledge of motor controls, sensors, and PLC wiringExperience using a Digital Volt Meter (DVM) and oscilloscopeSMT soldering experiencePC component knowledge and familiarity with Windows environmentsStrong electro-mechanical troubleshooting abilityExperience using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand for extended periods, use stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.Action Group Staffing is looking for a technician who can confidently diagnose problems, perform accurate repairs, and contribute to a quality-driven production environment.
