- 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM 2nd Shift
- 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM About the Role We are looking for Electrical Assemblers to build and wire generator packages, switchgear, and control panels inside a climate‑controlled manufacturing facility.
This role involves hands‑on electrical work, wiring, testing, and following detailed instructions to ensure high‑quality builds. Key Responsibilities Complete point‑to‑point wiring and electrical terminations Assemble electrical components for generators, switchgear, and control panels Use electrical tools such as strippers, crimpers, and multimeters Follow written instructions and SOPs for all builds Perform continuity checks using a multimeter Support wiring tasks involving control panels, PLCs, relays, and generators Maintain safety and organization in the work area Qualifications 1+ year point‑to‑point wiring 1+ year multimeter/continuity testing Skilled with wire strippers, crimpers, and basic electrical tools Able to read and follow work instructions/SOPs Experience with schematics, PLCs, relays, or switchgear is a plus Why Join the Team Climate‑controlled, clean facility Stable, long‑term opportunity Strong benefits once hired direct (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jersey Village, TX.
